Seriously, just do it. Look around at your house, the room you're in, just look at it. Take it in. Where you are, what you're doing. Things that you look at everyday without even registering their existence, they'll pop out at you. The colour of your walls or wallpaper [or fake wood paneling in my case]. The cans of Pepsi strewn around your computer desk. Look at all of it. Think about what you do during the day, if you go to school if you go to work, or both. If you just sit on your ass. Ask yourself, "Is this what I want to be doing, here, right now?". True happiness is being exactly where you want to be.
